My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While it offered a beautiful beach and spacious accommodations, I experienced several issues with service and room readiness that made my visit less enjoyable than expected. The dining options were decent, but some aspects could definitely use improvement.

The room was spacious and had a full kitchen; however, it wasn't ready until 6 PM, and we didn't get the ocean view we booked. It also lacked consistent housekeeping, as there were two occasions when the room wasn't made up despite our requests.
